This site publishes a feed — a plain, open format that predates social networks and works the same everywhere. A reader checks it for you and shows new items as they appear. No email address changes hands, nothing is tracked, and there is no account to make with this site.
No browser has built-in feed reading any more — Apple dropped it from Safari and Mail years ago, and Chrome and Edge never had it. So you pick a reader once. The good ones are free, and the simplest option needs nothing installed at all.

Nothing to install — these run in any browser and sync across your devices. Both are free for a handful of feeds. Sign up, look for the button to add content, and paste the address. The path of least resistance, and the one to send people who just want it to work.

Free, open source, and no account at all — it keeps your feeds on your own devices rather than someone's server. Worth the download if you are on Apple hardware and would rather not sign up for anything. Choose File → New Feed and paste.
